Rocky Road Bundles! ♥

Hey guys!

Today I got a really exciting post to share with you guys! Rocky Road Bundles! Say whaat? As you can probably tell, this dessert is based off of the Rocky Road flavour (I think?) Its ingredients are: Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chips, Marshmallows and anything crispy! Originally when I found this recipe, it included Ramen to be the crispy part, but I didn't like the idea of adding Ramen plus I didn't have any Ramen lying around the house...So, I tried the recipe with Lucky Charms Cereal instead. There are many things you can substitute Cereal/Ramen with. You can try using Rice Krispies Cereal or Almonds (Nuts), anything crunchy really. I mean, this IS Rocky Road.

Watch the tutorial here: tutorial

Aren't they just the coolest? Oh, and here's the best part, NO BAKING IS NEEDED! Yeah, awesome right? Usually having to put things in the oven either is; tiring, chance of burning, time consuming, and messy! But this recipe only requires you to put it in the freezer. Usually the recommended time you leave it in the freezer is an hour, but in my case since I used an actual big freezer, it only took about 30 minutes. They stay pretty frozen on their own, so there's no worries that it will melt the moment you take it out of the freezer. You will get some chocolate on your fingers, but that doesn't worry me. I love licking my chocolate filled fingers! Hahahha. This recipe is absolutely delicious, crunchy, chewy, absolutely a must try.

TIPS/NOTES:

♥Even though the recipe requires for you to put 1 cup of Peanut butter, I recommend you put less. Unless you want the peanut butter taste, put only half a cup or estimate how much Peanut butter taste you want in your Rocky Road bundles.

♥Other ingredients you can use to make it crunchy are: Nuts (Preferably chopped Almonds), Rice Krispies, Other Cereals. Anything that is crunchy. Experiment!

♥Even though I mentioned that it does not melt easily, I still do not recommend you leave it out for too long. It belongs back in the freezer after you've eaten it.

♥You do not need to completely follow the recipe. You can experiment, depending on your taste you may add more or less of the ingredients (the marshmallows, cereal, etc)

Alright then, good luck! Let me know if you tried this and how it went for you!

Disneyland Goodies♥

Hello everyone!

So today, my sister came back home from a week trip to Florida. Therefor, she went to Universal Studios, and of course Disneyland! She got me a handful of goodies, and by goodies, I MEAN goodies. Like literally all food. Will it ever change the fact that the things she gets for me the most is food? Haha. She also got me a crop top, and EOS Lipbalm, which I will do a review post right after this one :) These are all the food goods that she got for me. Other things will be posted in a different post.

I got about three of these. I haven't opened them yet, but I assume they are like of a gummy/marshmallow substance. Though I yet to open it, I feel like I can already taste it!

I feel like a little kid receiving such candy from her rich aunt! Marshmallow lollipops with my favorite Disney character, Belle! <3

These are like hard candy shaped as pink mini cupcakes, although not from Disneyland, still the cutest thing! It's actually shaped as a little Hello Kitty Cupcake. The taste of the candies weren't anything special, but their so addicting to munch on. So cute, love Hello Kitty!

Haha, Goofy Gummy Bears. Nothing special, just gummy bears shaped as Disneyland characters.

I hope soon I'll get to visit, and experience Disneyland as well. Can't wait to munch these all down!!!
